Our free initial phone consultation will be a chance for us to get to talk. You can find out about the styles of counselling I use and ask any questions you may have.

We all have struggles and things we need to work on. I offer a safe and supportive place to explore and learn about yourself. The counselling is person centred; meaning your needs and interests are why we do what we do. I may offer you movement or breathing techniques or other approaches once we identify what you want to focus on and your challenges.
